Blind Peoples Dreams

Hi All

Whilst I was lying in bed today and not at work because I am Ill I just though to myself What do blind people dream and do they dream ?

If a blind person hasnt seen for all their lifes can they see in dreams if so how can they know what anything looks like ??

If they don't see anything in their dreams how can this be done because in dreams you have now feeling, smell, senses etc..

I know it may seem wierd but its really racking my brain

Can anyone give a definative answer??
