To turn off Carrier IQ:
Android users can't turn the Carrier IQ off. Trevor from the video above couldn't turn it off on his Android phone either. There's a button to close or end the app but it didn't work for him.iPhone and iPad users can click Settings, General, About, and then scroll down to Diagnostics & Usage to check that they're not sending data to Apple. By default, the option should be turned off
