Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!so a couple nights ago - at 4ish in the morning i posted sold on some dudes thread for 2 crappy domains - I must been holusinating, i think i also purchased a chia pet from TV like this - but anyway...i tried to make good on the sold claim - but told him from day 1 if i cant pay...please put back on sale and if you sell to someone else dont worry - lol now this guy is crying saying he will tell the mods if i dont buy - grown *** tatletale...is it me or are some people here really anal. Its like you cant explain a simple situation of impulse posting of sold - also I am not buying any domain thats not held at GoDaddy - and waste more money to transfer it over.
i really hope everyone on this site isnt as anal - cuz i've met 3 thru PM so far that are...
if it was me..."you dont want the names anymore??" "oh well, no prob - take care" ...yet for some people, it seems they're life depends on it

This is supposed to be a professional forum since you have to pay to be a member. If you post SOLD, you should pay for the name or face the consequences of negative feedback / tarnished reputation / potential suspension / or other things.
It is your responsibility to check the whois to see where the name is registered before posting sold if you only buy names at GoDaddy.
You posted sold and then decided to back out, is this correct ?
If so and you regret the buy you need to explain this nicely to the seller, in some cases it is forgiven ( Ive done it when it truly is warranted ) , however the seller has ever right to " ***** " about you to mods or the community should he/she desire. It could become a pattern and that is not welcome ( backing out of deals ). End of the day if he forgave you great if not follow through and be an adult yourself.
All I can say is your an idiot...especially for posting about it. He made an offer, you accepted the offer...according what ive been learning in law school thats a legally binding contract so pay the man
So not only did you agree to buying the domains, you did so without knwoing whether you even had the funds to pay for them, I think you need to stop acting like a child and take responsibility for your actions.i tried to make good on the sold claim - but told him from day 1 if i cant pay
wow a whole bag of cry babies and a wanna bee lawyer - man this is the most uptight group of people ever. Everyone is just waiting for a way to get someone kicked out - is that the thrill you live for? Like all the power you have?
I've never heard people get so seriuos about something that is not!!!!
payment sent! so everyone can back off and return to being uptight. And yes im sure you will have give me trouble to make sure i wont last long in this biz - you might make it happen on this site cause there are so many little girls ready to run to a mod crying - but in the business, please...
SOLD is sold at the end of the day - if he said np then end of story, if he did not then pay up or face neg or a MOD pm etc.
buddy do you know how may huge corporations say they are going to buy another company - then the deal falls thru or is never carried forward - and you people are pestering over $45 domain name deals, like ur rent depends on it. How small time can you all act????
what are the names?
maybe you can resell and at least break even.
Are they typos or TM's? you may have the right to cancel the sale after all.

>>To the next person to post on this thread: make sure you post something just like everyone else on this thread if you want to fit in, or are a bandwagon jumper - otherwise dont bother - no value in thinking for yourself now'a'days...
You are unprofessional, period.
Sababa my friend
It truly amazes me how many ignorant people are in this world
MD, on this forum we are business people. Between us we deal in almost anything and everything to do with domaining, and the one thing that unites us is we hold our individual integrity dearly and protect them as such. Yes, there are occassions that occur that can result in a deal not being able to be followed through on, but the reasons you gave would not be accepted as one of those.
If you do not like the standards set by the community here then I would humbly suggest that you PM Adam (the owner) or one of the admin staff and ask them if you could possibly cancel your membership and possibly get a refund on the fees you paid. If on the other hand you want to become an integral part of the most highly thought of domaining forum on the internet (which is the choice I hope you make) then accept that when a man or woman give their word then they give it as a bond.
MD you already have a Trader rating of 2 in your first month here so that shows that you are here to trade, please just accept that to do this in a professional manner means that high standards have to be set, the same high standards apply to us all.
