I do read Chinese, but I am not a good translator. In the meantime, you might want to try google.com/translate. The email will read pretty strangely after the google translation, but at least you will get the idea if the email is important or not.

Machine translation is good for getting a general idea, just make sure you DO NOT use it on ANY form of communication, incl. email, forum posting or even casual conversation.
