Should the seller also add on to the price the amount of money that was spent registering the domain name for how many ever years, the amount of money that was spent having the domain name professionally appraised, and the fee that the escrow company that the buyer wants to use will charge?
For example, should a seller sell a domain name worth $500 for $600 if the seller had spent $100 on things?

I would also say yes, but you should have in mind that this could drive away the buyer if the percentage of these expenses is too big.
Someone will always buy the domain if the price is in reason.
So just keep looking for that seller.
