I would like to compare a premium domain name making revenue from parking, with a developed website, with a crappy domain name which would be worthless undeveloped. If both the domain and the website have the same yearly revenue(lets say $10,000 for example), which one would have the biggest value?
How many years of revenue is the domain worth and how much is the developed website worth?
