Being offered $5 for a name which had expired and I posted that will pay the renewal fee which means in effect I am giving the bottom-feeder $4 to take the name. True story.
A buyer who's made an offer that's been accepted falling off the face of the earth and simply not responding to anything thereafter. I think this happened once in my first 3 years in this business. Now at least once a month this kind of thing happens.
