I got one from the same guy.
He positions himself as a major oil executive, in order to get responses.
His website looks good at first glance, but then you realize he is saying very little unique to him or his "oil company."

haha, someone should make a site with all the stupid emails people send in some vain attempt to get a deal.
I has same story with a .com girls name where he was buying it as a gift for his 10-yr old daughters hobby site so could not pay much. Even sent me a picture of the girl. When I told him the .org was good for that kind of site and was also unreg'd he became negative.
