CONGRESS GIVES FINANCIAL INCENTIVE FOR DOMAIN OWNERS
It looks like a scam to sign up for prepaid legal/tax advice, but I've been away from DnF for a while so I don't know if something as dramatic as this has actually happened in my absence.
