Google now has a patent search. Anyone know how it differs from uspto.gov?
Offhand:
I see more results for my search term on Google versus uspto.gov.
Rumor has it that Google Patent only goes back to late 1800s while uspto.gov goes back to 1790.
With Google Patent, I can narrow my results using 8 advanced fields while uspto.gov is about double that.
