Myths about domaining:
- You bought a name because you think it has potential and you will develop it - It will never happened because "You never had time"
- Appraisal, PR : means nothing until you have a buyer
- Traffic names: mostly fake (if they have real traffic, owner would keep to make money). You can ask to test traffic by having the seller change the DNS so you can test traffic. Still not a 100% proof
- Do not In Love with the name - Because if you do, you will never sell them and end up stuck with it. Cash is always KING!
