    I do some translations for the main research center for this. I have to say it looks very positive. Not just cars, but homes.

    What by products come out of this Hydro unit?

    I don't like nuclear energy, too dangerous and the by products are like craziness to keep around in storage containers.

    It's not really a "hydro" unit where water power is used to create electricity. There are many different kinds of fuelcells but the PEM fuelcell appears to be most promising for vehicles and homes. It uses the electrons in hydrogen gas to produce DC electric. http://americanhistory.si.edu/fuelcells/basics.htm
