    IP look up - Who is it?

    Did some IP look ups on a couple of my domains, and the results for one show Mark Monitor, and on another I'm seeing IPs from Redmond Washington with Microsoft as the provider.

    How do you know if the IP lookup is giving you the company or person that is visiting your page, or the internet service provider? What is the best IP lookup site?
