And tourism is huge too, you can ski on the same day and jump to the red sea for a swim. I also believe it should be no less than 7-8 million.

my Passport is valid for all the countries Except Israel , although i would have given it a shot if i had the money

I am wondering how easy the "easy 10 million" are I think it won't be easy to get the $5,5M he is asking. How many domains have been sold for $10M or more? I know of sex.com , then funds.com and porn.com sold for almost $10M... maybe 1-2 more...in either way $10M sales in the entire domain aftermarket history can be counted on one hand.

I'm not discussing it's value, yes it might be worth 10M but IMO it will be hard to fetch even half of that.
