Just Plain SICK! Protestors at 9 year old's funeral

Yup, the same whacko Westboro Baptist Church that protests at Soldier's funerals is planning on protesting at the funeral of the 9 year old Tuscon shooting victim.

The WBC site is down at the moment but I did see their church announcement. They actually post a picket schedule. On the list was the Catholic Church where the 9 year old's funeral service will be held.

Can't understand why they haven't been dealt with. Personally I'd be quite happy to stick a knife in any or all of them if they tried that crap with me.

Well, they are going to a state with very lax gun laws. No permit needed to carry concealed weapon.

Would it be the will of god if someone shot them?

Interesting read about them on Wikipedia. Turns out they have been sued before and counter protested against. They were banned from entering the UK. I wish we could legally stop them here.

Yeah, but supposedly it only covers a distance within 300 feet of the funeral, and the protestors are planning to be 1000 feet away.

Guess I was thinking there'd be a bit more to it than that. Kind of like a NO PROTESTS OF FUNERALS period! If we can can get angry over people burning the flag surely this calls for a discussion on similar lines. These freaks have free speech everyday and more than they deserve.

Glad there will be those supporting the families and blocking it. It's a shame grieving people must put up with people like this.

I hope though as sick as these people are we can put away the talk of killing. I wouldn't feel any better if they got killed. They have families and there are always the innocent.....
