I just want to know why its blue or why it is not another color.

Particles. it always gets down to particles.
It is not blue. When you look around the sunset it is red.
The reason for both colors is the same.
Light is scattered by particles in the air. Based on the size of the particles, light with short wavelengths (blue end of the visible spectrum) is scattered (refracted) more, while red wavelengths pass through.
So when you look at undeflected light (sunrise or sunset) you see it after all the blue has already been scattered out on its long path horizontally through the atmosphere.
And the people way in front of you look up and see the scattered blue light that's not reaching you.

the reason its blue, cause your eyes are so highly advanced that it levels all the incoming rays and you see blue! the true color is not blue!

Close but no cigar. It's because you have two eyes and they are spaced horizontally, so they see more blue because blue light is flat. Red light, on the other hand, is puffy and doesn't fit, which explains why tired eyes get puffy AND red at the same time. If human eyes were arranged in a vertical column on our face, we'd have to lie down to see blue.
