    I'm sorry but that is truly funny/sad. Not your situation but the fact that someones wasted that time/money and effort only to allow the domain to drop. I think you better check with the company or person that won the WIPO before you play with it, just my .02.

    They did not forgo their rights by failing to re-register. Some companies don't even register a name they just WIPO later so registration is not a basis for rightful ownership and or use.
