    Lets say I go to the ACLU and ask them to help me sue the CIA...

    Does this sound plausible?

    4 months ago I filed a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request to the CIA. I asked for a copy of an English translation of Saddam Hussein's romance novel--Yes, it exists.
