Looks like a good deal to me
A little out of my league though..
I'm suprised there isn't a better looking site on Malls.com. Its a shame to see such good names go to waste sometimes.

Good luck.
ive not posted a domain name on ebay as yet but im tempted too
most listings tend to have zero bids but do you get a lot of emails from the listing from people who dont want to pay through ebay
Malls is worth about $3,000 imo. I think it is only getting about 100 uniques a day. Some of them are from people who want research "all the malls in the US/my area".
I think Mall.com is considerably more valuable than Malls.com.
My advice is to save your $1 million bids for something better.![]()
come on guys, malls.com is not worth 3k. It is a very good generic domain. We are looking at 10-30k more realistically. Even on ebay this name would bring in 4 or 5k.
Dragon, how much traffic (i.e., daily uniques) do you believe it has?
The funniest thing about that auction is the seller charging a $10 shipping & handling fee on a *cough* million dollar sale.
Lord Baltimore, it looks like its getting maybe 8,000 uniques per day. Most of that is due to links and search engine stuff, not raw typeins.
Dragon, thanks for the update. I've had a domain that got about 3,000 uniques per day and it was all trash traffic. I've evolved my thinking to try to avoid buying domains that don't have type-in traffic.
Malls.com could be a huge portal for shopping malls and/or stores.
