    hes not suing real spammers and the amount he gets is nothing compared to what these companies make. he knows he won't collect anything from real spammers so he goes after legit companies who simply made mistakes. he probably signs up to as many newsletter,offers, etc that he can in hopes of catching something he can go after. just another piraha.
