Anybody using NameRenters.com?. Have you had much success with them?.

I've had about 60 names pointing there for about 30 days now, that I eventually intend to develop but keep putting off. They are actually fair names with an average of 1-5 hits each per day, with a couple getting as many as 10.
Earnings so far $2.90 (1104 page views)
I'm not too excited at this point, but I have learned which names are getting type in traffic or have legacy links from other sites.
