This guy was pure 100% competitor. I did not like the Titans but many times I witnessed this guy carry the entire team and offense to a win. He simply would not give up.

Former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair has died.

McNair, 36, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head in downtown Nashville, police spokesperson Don Aaron confirmed. A female victim was also found dead, he said.

Police spokesman Don Aaron said authorities were still investigating the shootings and that no suspects were in custody.

Unofficially, it's a murder suicide. His girlfriend shot him then herself. She got a DUI 2 days earlier and he was in the car. Things apparently broke down since then.

Exactly! I was nearly certain he was married, but wasn't up to speed on his current marital status. The escalade the chic got the dui in was registered to him and the chic, so I wondered.
