LOL I sympathise with you, mate.
We get similar end-users who really shouldn't be allowed to breed.
My favourite of the month was one guy who was demanding a refund. Normally, I'm happy to refund people's money, but I need a few basic details, such as the name they signed on with, and their transaction ID#... which this guy was refusing to give me, whilst threatening to sue, call police, call his governor, the BBB and the credit card company...
Douche-tastic!
