What the hell is wrong in the world...Just over a year ago we were trading at $60/barrel and that was high. Oil rallied $5 yesterday, the highest 1 day raise in history, and today it's double that. This is just ridiculous - who the hell is playing in this market??? Not only is this unprecedented and unsustainable, but frigging critical not only to the US but to the entire world economy and I just can't get the morons who are pushing this. Who is gaining on this????
P.S. If anybody on here is shorting oil - STOP! This will be and already is potentially much more devastating than the profits you frigging day-trading a$$holes are gaining.

It'd be the banks going into the oil futures and commodities markets, to make up for the massive losses incurred due to their majorly irresponsible lending that has led to the sub-prime crisis.
Because at the end of the day, the Bank is never the loser...
We are going into the summer months and gas always goes up. It will come down once summer is over. Another thing if Congress would get out of the way and let the US drill for more oil we wouldn't have as high as prices as we see now.
