May sound a silly question but what are orphaned accounts in IM. Seems a bunch of contacts are now showing up as orphaned. It's odd because seems to be a bunch and no real days, I mean I can assume someone's account to be orphaned after xx days but one of my contacts has only been 10 days. Can you force your account to be orphaned? Thanks all.
