So, what you're saying is that we need to compare 'apples to apples', yes? If one were to type in "freesongs.net" in Oveture how many hits would it receive? Then, using the very popular Overture Fetish Valuation Model (OFVM) ... how much would it likely be worth in re-sale $$'s??

I say don't use Overture at all when judging a domain's value. Does it get type ins? If so, how many type-ins before you make a sale? When you've got a sale, you can compute the cents per visitor that you made on it.
I hate to be the one who tells you this but FreeSongs.net doesn't seem very valuable. For one thing, you've got "free" in the title. Any visitor who arrives already has decided s/he doesn't have to spend anything. For another, because it is a *.net the traffic will be very low.
