Paid proxy server service needed!

I come from China,but the net speed to visit dnforum is very slow here.
so i decide to buy a service which provide high speed & safe proxy server.
any1 know where i can buy this kind of service by CC.

jinshiji Your speed would mostly depend on your dialup line and ISP. So even with proxy u wont get much speed difference..
