You don't have to post a "negative" comment, you can ask a direct question of the buyer, and wait for an answer. Any potential customer should be free to do so. The best way to contradict a flower misleading comment is to ask for some definition I think. If it is followed up by more provably misleading information by the owner, then the post could be reported. Where it goes from there may be a note of concern.
