Here is a chart that I found to be useful in converting Alexa to traffic: http://www.sillyjokes.co.uk/alexa/

I don't really know how accurate it is though. A ranking of 160,000 would mean about 1000 uniques a day

I have one 497,965 and it gets 2000 uniques per day, go figure. I find Alexa not accurate at all. The numbers fluctuate to often, especially on expired domains with all of us skewing the numbers.

    Hi
I would say that the graph at silly jokes (despite the url) is quite a good guide. As I run around 50 sites of alexa ratings from 3 million to 70,000 I would its worth printing out and sticking on the wall.
Off course Alexa users are not representative as they are skewed to techies in general and those interested in web trafic. Nonetheless, its better than nothing.
    Bye

i sustain that alexa isn't worth at all. I have a site 350,000 and I have 1500 uniques.
