I am looking for some recommendations for a merchant account. I will only be processing payments online, so I don't need a machine or anything. Here are some of the features I am looking for:

1. Low fees
2. No startup costs
3. Authorize.net gateway
4. Company that investigates chargebacks and doesn't just give the money back without asking questions

Please let me know if you know of any good ones. I am also considering using third party merchant services like 2checkout.com
