After careful review of all the applications for admin,
I have decided we have tons of great people here and it would be best to assign moderators to specific sections while we figure out the admin situation.
So I am now re-doing the moderator situation as it stands today and people are free to apply for an individual section/sections to moderate.
I feel this will give the users much more integration with the mods and an increased level of satisfaction with the system.
As well, much more scrutiny will be placed on keeping certain forums organized like appraisals, sales and many more.
The current moderators will be given priority on sections but we will have up to 3 moderators per section.

This is a great idea Adam. I know I, as a moderator, actively moderate in several forum, while a few others fall off my radar because I rarely read them. This step will allow people to moderate in the area where they have expertise.
Good choice!

Good idea. My plate is full, but if it wasn't this would be very appealing.

A great decision made, Adam.
At least one mod per forum.
And a mod can moderate more than one forum.
