Hello,
I noticed you are active in the domain business. We are in the beginning
stages of preparing a lawsuit, and may also be preparing a class action
suit, against a certain Registrar (this is not an obscure Registrar) for
stealing domains, and selling domains without permission. (in excess of
$70,000).
All domains were paid in full. NONE were expired. Some of the domains were
paid for thru 2016. ALL domains were LOCKED. NONE were listed at any
auctions. Also many domains were put into an employee's name (or fictitious
employee name). Domains with the word "domain" in them were put into their
own corporate account. (No Kidding!)
The above information is only some of their blatant misconduct. There is
more. Also, this is a well known Registrar, not some Mom and Pop barely
known outfit.
If you could be so kind as to reply if you have had any similar experiences,
or mishandling of your domains, or if you feel their is a conflict of
interest at the Registrar level in the industry as it is today, or any other
information you feel is pertinent, or would be helpful.
I am keeping my identity, the Registrar, and the domains "private" for a
number of reasons at this stage. Also your reply, and replies from others
will be kept private.
Feel free to share this email and email address with other Domainers. If
you belong to any domain forums, or blog about domains feel free to use this
letter in your blog, or article writing. Feel free to give out this email
address to anyone who may also be a victim or is concerned about cleaning up
the industry. Tweet, Blog, Post, Email, and spread the word to improve the
industry.
Your help will hopefully improve the industry and curb the abuse by
Registrars and their misuse of power, and information, and stop the conflict
of interest that is apparently out of control in the domain industry - at
least at one Registrar is way out of control! .... possibly more.
Thank you for your time,
For now you can call me.......
