DNF$: 428 Location: UK | Hey Snoopy,
Frontpage is alright, you just have to know how to handle it. LOL
Domaindirk, check out 1st page 2000 at http://www.evrsoft.com/products/ - it's free and not bad imo.
But if you have the money, you can't go far wrong with dreamweaver and fireworks. |

Posts: n/a | mole, I always found it added a huge amount of extra code which seemed to make pages very incompatible with netscape.

To ensure your published pages are compatible with Netscape, go to Page Options > Compatibility > Both Internet Explorer and Navigator.

Posts: n/a | lol yeah it was an older version of frontpage so things may be better now, in fact I even had problems with older versions of explorer - since going to dreamweaver I can't say I've really had any of the same problems.
interesting thread comparing the two. http://www.geekvillage.com/forums/sh...&threadid=1794

Country: | The earlier versions of FP were a bit of a pain - simple things like not being able select and delete multiple files, toggling between pages.
FP 2002 has solved all those problems, and it includes SharePoint as a bonus.
But this version has that irritating one installation per license copy protection. So it kinda sucks, as I had to buy one copy for use in the office and one for use at home.
