2gajgops, I hope this doesn't offend you, but I find your posts to be a rambling bunch of rhetoric. Also, although it might not be your intention, you come off as arrogant. Not the kind of person people want to debate anything with.

I am pretty hard to offend. I have been on the net and in groups/forums/message boards for a long time. I have developed a very thick skin. Perhaps, it is unfair of me to put my posts in the mix when the thread had been a nice liberal love fest prior to my entrance.

I guess your points above are right if:

Rhetoric=logic
and
Arrogance=having a firm position from which to debate

Yeah, I can understand why people wouldn't want to debate with me.



I'll turn this thread back over to those who cannot stand an opposing viewpoint. There's nothing I can say to people who refuse to hear any voice but their own.
