I had the name mcginleyinc.com
One day a someone contacted me and sayd that they buy it for $200, so that was someone from this company, He sayd that he want`s the name before he pays for it, so I thinked OK, that`s not good name and I gaveit to them and they promised to pay me with paypal, and now I have heard from them since that. I wrote some emails o them, but no answer.
What should I do?

Follow the name in the whois. Keep contacting them via email and by phone. If still no response, write via snailmail and tell them you are going to start adding to the cost for your time and phone, mail expenses. Still no response file an action in small claims court and ad your expenses. You might also write to the registrar (Stargate) and see if they can help.
