    Who is that funny person ...

    ... approaching me from an anonymous gmail account for an LLL.com that is not for sale, offers me $1000 and then LOL's at me when I tell that I don't consider offers under $20K ?

    LLL.com for a $1,000...pleaseee. You shouldn't even waste your time with stuff like that...just say your price and let them LOL or whatever... It's them that need to change. I have had sort of the same thing happen and they came back twice with low offers...He told me I was dreaming with my asking price but two days later a sedo Broker contacted me and the offers got more serious. I'm not sure it was the same guy but I'm assuming it was.

    Just stay professional at all times and don't get rapped up in the silly LOL or you are crazy stuff. Just responed with your price and let it sit.

    You can only control your own actions. JMO
