No its not mygcard ..they charge 5% + 5.00 USD to withdraw from paypal
what i sell it Advertisement Deleted .. charge to load from paypal is only 3$ ..not matter its 1000$ or 2500$ ..its far better than mygcard

well you can withdraw the money from any atm ...a maximum of 2.5K can be in your card at any time ..and you can have any number of cards
