Your home office setup

To improve air quality, I setup a HEPA air filter in my home office today -- given all the time spent at our PCs, others might want to do the same -- an early Xmas present.

How are other people setup in their home offices? Here's my setup, for comparison:

- 4 PCs and 1 laptop (3 of the PCs share the same mouse, keyboard and 19" monitor via a hardware device; the other has a 21" monitor)
- DSL and 8-port switch/router to network the computers
- uninterruptible power supply
- 1 phone line for voice (with all features available), and 1 for fax
- multifunction laser printer/fax machine
- 14" television with cable
- HEPA air filter
- 1 executive chair with arm-rests (arm-rests are *so* important for comfort)
- 1 utility chair
- 2 large desks
- small fan
- miscellaneous drawers for papers, etc.
- 2 trashcans (1 for paper recycling, and 1 regular)
- a couple of plants

At some point I'd like to get a wireless router too, but I'm a bit unsure about the security implications so I've avoided it to date (I have to take special precautions, as I produce sensitive software for banks).

A little fridge might be nice, but I'm not *that* lazy just yet. (it's not that far to go to the kitchen to grab a snack)

How are the rest of you setup?

George, the Hepa Air FIlter is a great idea.

Especially given my special assistant is a large, hairy,
sometimes scratching dog.

What is a good price to pay for it? Are there many models available?

THx George for the dropping the idea, man.

I checked Walmart's website in the US, and the prices are under $100 for many of them. See:

I smoke, so I guess my lungs will have to do the filtering for me

hey mole, maybe the manufacturers could make you a small one to have inserted into your lungs to do all the filtering from there. lol
They'd make a fortune selling that one!
