Tell me this is not a real image!
I landed on a site and saw this pose and about fell over. It looks so fake and I am wondering if someone can actually turn their head that way.
The face looks so fake and pasted in on an over proportioned head.
Sorry if this is real and I don't mean to hurt anyone's feeling but, EGAD!

That said, there's a fantastic plugin for Photoshop that allows you to gtake a 2d photo, wrap it onto a 3D extruded face at the correct angle of the photo, and then rotate the photo of the face. It works REALLY well.
