Lucid dreaming is a blast. Those $250 eye goggles to help you go lucid are a big waste of money though. Read any book or take virtually any course and see how easy it is! I found it more pleasant than virtually anything in real life. Have a nice day and have fun.

Interesting. Just last night I tried some tea from the 'Dream herb' which effects your dreams, similar to lucid dreaming.

Astral traveling is fun too and anyone can do it easily!

1. Don't sleep on a full stomach. Your blood is needed in your brain not your tummy. Same for lucid dreaming. Don't eat nothing!
2. Lay with your head pointed north. It is a magnetic factor.
3. Get up after 4 hours of sleep and lay on the couch, your bed won't work as well because you are programmed to go back to sleep there. Lay on your back and say NOW I AM OUT OF BODY and hold that thought about 10 minutes and do basic meditation techniques for better results. Most of the time I go out of body then. Remember, never think of your physical body while astral traveling or you will be zapped right back to your into your physical body.
4. Don't be afraid of anything when you leave your body. Nothing bad will happen unless you have fear thoughts. The crap about somebody might cut your cord and you will die is only a myth!

Quantum physics has proven that other dimensions and the astral body and level exist. This is a scientific fact now!
