I've always been a fan of butter anyway but this statement means nothing - it's just a scare tactic.

Water (regular drinking water) is one molecule away from hydrogen peroxide.

Table Salt (NaCl) + Water (H2O) is the same exact thing as Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) + Hydrochloric acid (HCl).

Carbon Dioxide, which is needed for plant life, is one molecule away from the very deadly carbon monoxide.

We need Oxygen in its O2 form to be able to breathe. If we breathe in ozone, O3 (just one more oxygen molecule) - we'll suffocate.

Carbon is the best for putting out fires yet when you add hydrogen you get fuels: Methane (CH4), Butane (C4H10), octane (C8H18), etc.

The best:

Oxygen in its liquid form is the most flammable substance.

Hydrogen was used in some nuclear weapons and is highly reactive.

Put them together and you get water (H2O).

I just skimmed the wikipedia entry on margarine and it seems to check out, almost as much saturated fat as butter and high in trans fatty acids which are worse.
