Bad to hear that Ashaw is locked out...perhaps the mods should take over the matter. There might be other members who have been also locked out ever since then.

not that this is similar, but when i used to run vbulletin, when a user changed their account email in their profile it would automatically put them in the user group for awaiting authorization. maybe this is a similair bug?
Thats real bad if a lot of members have a problem like this

There could be a lot of members locked out. I & other members have noticed there have literally been no sales taking place.
be nice to sort out for Ashaw, he's a really nice bloke.
Impactadmin is the only one who can probably sort it.
