    Hello i read this in Appraisal forum:
    All members are reminded that only domains that are owned by you can be listed for appraisal. Please do not under any circumstances break the forum rules by listing domains that you do not own.

    I think you should create a forum to ask for appraisal for domains that are not mines, for example i wanna buy some domains and wanna ask ho wmuch $ do you think they can get?
