Articles section

Simply because I am opening an article site I decided to check out the articles section today to see if there was anything of value to add. The web hosting section is simply filled with garbage. I've reported a bunch of posts but i'm sure there's a ton more.

An article is not simply an ad for your site with pricing and plans. Nor is it a shameless self promotion where you extol the virtues of your own product. An article is a discussion of a general topic.

I really think there needs to be stricter rules in the articles section as a lot of users seem to be abusing it. Along with more moderation this section might actually have useful information.

As a note, I'm not saying don't promote your site by writing an article. But articles should be about a topic, not about yourself or your own product and I also think it should not be a review either. There are other sections for reviews.
