Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I couldn't find a better place for it.

I came across a member that is banned/account terminated with Last Activity: 08-25-2006 02:19 AM yet he posted and was online yesterday. How is that possible?

I read somewhere its to do with a bug in the script. Any two names minus the special characters it mistakes the same for the status of a user. I guess som emod might be better able to clarify

Thanks for the explanation shamanz but I'm still kind of confused. When you try to view the profile of -MIR-, you get the profile of MIR. Are you saying the person that is MIR signs in as -MIR- and can then post even though MIR is banned, account terminated? Or something else?

Actually, there are two accounts -- he created a new one. I will remind impact about the issue right away -- could have slipped off his mind to take action especially due to the TRAFFIC conference.
