Deadline passed. Unhatched did not respond to my email, nor did he settle his open transactions.

He is still a member, but has lost his Platinum priveleges. He will not be able to post or PM, but you may contact him through email.

If he settles his transactions, and has a good explanation, the forum will consider reinstating his status.

I'll let you guys know how the Paypal investigation goes. They're holding the funds currently pending seller's response.

I hope this didn't happen over the flowers.cc transaction. He told me he hated to see it sell for so low, then I didn't hear from him again.

I just heard back from Brian (unhatched) and we completed the flowers.cc transaction. Paypal complaint resolved. Looks like all is good now.

Why would I? He knows what happened:
he sent echeck thru paypal, then he asked me to transfer
names to him (I told him to wait till echeck clears), then echeck bounced.

I don't try to cover him.
He just told me he wasn't aware the issue until I contacted him.

I know you don't.
The fact is: paypal sends automatic email notifications on the status of the payment. So he is well aware of this situation.
