I purchased bold user title, but now it is gone after today's site update. Can you please check if I can get my bold user title back? Thanks.

We're aware of the issue and aim to have it resolved soon. This, as you know, is due to the recent site update.
At some point, I purchased a font type change which, when the new style was applied caused the username to appear in "narrow" format. This is now non-reversible. Please take a look.
Thanks Theo.
We've been doing so many updates to the backend of the site lately, a lot of things are still being adjusted and fixed, then overwritten, then fixed again, etc. It'll settle down soon, we've been waiting on vb for some updates and its caused some delays getting things finalized for now. Kind regards.
Prior to posting, I spent another 500 $DNF trying to fix this. Now, it's only "play money" but if the feature does not work, then disable the Store until it does.
no user title color here, omg what next![]()
The option has been removed from the shop, though, we will try and bring this back to normal.
It seems that those of us who bought the option for bold username are left with a non-existing style under our profile; this causes the condensing of the letters, e.g. mine. But who cares![]()
