Country flag payment made days ago - Help?

I submitted a support ticket in which a reply was sent back saying to e-mail support@dnforum.com at which time I did. That was yesterday and have yet heard anything.

I sent payment for the ability to add a country flag to my profile. Payment was made via paypal on:

Well I think I have been patient enough. E-mails ignored, help desk tickets with no resolution and forums post days old with no replies.

OK, I made another attempt and same thing. After payment is made I'm redirected to http://www.dnforum.com/receiveipn_store.php which is a blank page.

That's 2 payments made now. Can we possible get this resolved?
