Not sure if this is the right place for this- it's only my second day

I recently ordered some banner impressions on DNForum and paid with paypal (invoice id: 150), but don't see (on bannerpages.com) where it says when a customer can expect his/her campaign to start. I filled out a trouble ticket with oursupportsite.com (Ticket ID: WDT-91943, Ticket Key: ab4af6), but never received a reply (not even an automated one). Now, my ad hasn't strated running, and my BannerPages.com account says that I have "Invoices Waiting For Payment", when I've cleary paid everything I owe.

If a site administrator would take pity on me and check up on whoever's minding the store, I would be very grateful

Hi,

I appoligize for the delay.
We have not received payment from your end via paypal.

The system is setup to work automatically. Once payment is received the banner impressions will start.

Can you please provide me with your paypal transaction ID. The Trans ID: 150 is from our system, not paypal. You should have a seperate receipt.
