dnforum support is dead

and i am sick of it.
how much time do u need to listen?

first suuport ticket CREATED ON 27th july ; LCI_10942
three follow ups by me and ticket closed without a single reply.

second ticket CAU_16178 created on 18th and closed on the same day.

its almost a MONTH now and i can't access forum from my office. i am using my pda to write all of this. can anyone ever care to fix it or atleast give me a reply?

i cant access the forum from my office. a message comes that my ip is banned.

all i wanted is to upgrade my membership last month. when i wanted to pay i noticed my credit card is expired. i tried with expected expiry but of no luck. my ip got banned. i requested and it was lifted and i did my upgrading later when i received new card but after that my office ip is getting banned occasionally and now is banned again from last few days. cant write much on my pda, please help if u can.

We have 6 user accounts banned on that ip, therefore we cannot and will not unban that ip.
